FOR THE VARIATION SHOWN, ON EACH HAND, TOUCH THE TIP OF THE THUMB AND INDEX FINGER, PLACE THE LEFT HAND ON THE LAP, PALM FACING UPWARD. HOLD THE RIGHT HAND AT SHOULDER HEIGHT, PALM FACING DOWNWARD.
