FOR THE VARIATION SHOWN, ON EACH HAND, TOUCH THE TIP OF THE THUMB AND INDEX FINGER, PLACE THE LEFT HAND ON THE LAP, PALM FACING UPWARD. HOLD THE RIGHT-HAND AT SHOULDER HEIGHT, PALM FACING DOWNWARD.
