SAHASRARA IS LOCATED AT THE CROWN OF THE HEAD. IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PITUITARY BODY. AJNA, THE GURU CHAKRA, IS BEHIND THE EYEBROW CENTRE. IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PINEAL BODY AT THE TOP OF THE SPINAL CORD. NEXT IS VISHUDDHI, LOCATED WITHIN THE SPINAL CORD, BEHIND THE THROAT WHERE YOU FEEL PALPITATIONS.
