  •     JOY                        - YOU FEEL VERY HAPPY BECAUSE OF SOME                                                            FAVORABLE INCIDENTS.

  •     WONDER             -  SOMETHING UNUSUAL HAPPENS WHICH YOU                                                       CANNOT BELIEVE

  •       PEACE                 -  YOU FEEL CONTENT, CALM AND QUITE.

WHAT I HAVE SEEN MAY BE QUIET DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU MAY SEE. YOU MAY EXPERIENCE LIKE SEEING DREAM EVEN WITH AWARENESS OR CONSCIOUSNESS. IT MAY BE RELATED TO YOU OR SOMETIMES NOT RELATED TO YOU. ACTUALLY WHEN YOU FEEL THAT THIS THOUGHT OR SCENE HAS JUST PASSED, IT MEANS YOU BAD BEEN DEEPLY INVOLVED IN THE SCENE OR THOUGHT. YOU SHOULD CONTINUE PROCEEDING WITHOUT BEING WORRIED, JUST GO HOLLOW AND EMPTY. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE EACH HAVING MILLIONS OF THOUGHTS, YOU NEED NOT BOTHER TO SOLVE IT, JUST ACCEPT WHAT IS GOING ON AND JUST SPECTATOR. IT IS NECESSARY TO REMAIN IN PRESENT MOMENT INSTEAD OF THINKING OF PAST OR MAKING DREAMS FOR FUTURE. PRESENT MOMENT IS INEVITABLE AND WE SHOULE LIVE WITH IT. IT IS HABITUAL FOR MANY OF US TO KEEP STICKING WITH PAST AND WASTING TIME AND ENERGY. WE KEEP ON BEING HAPPY OR GLOOMY BECAUSE OF PAST INCIDENTS. WHEN IN OFFICE, SOME OF US KEEP THINKING OF HOUSE AND WHILE IN HOUSE WORRYING ABOUT STATE OF AFFAIRS IN OFFICE OR FACTORY. THIS FUTILE HABIT IS VERY BAD AND IT DEFINITELY REFRAINS US FROM ACTING IN POSITIVE DIRECTION. PAST MAY BE GLORIOUS, BUT IT WILL NEVER COME AGAIN AND IT MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD, BUT WE RECALL ITS FASCINATING PART THEREBY SEEKING LITTLE SOLACE OUT OF IT. WHATEVER HAS PASSED LET IT PASS AND ACCEPT IT. SAME WAY KEEPING ENGROSSED IN FUTURE ALSO DOES NOT HELP ANYWAY. WE MUST REMEMBER PAST AND THINK OF FUTURE TO CERTAIN EXTENT. MAY BE FOR PLANNING PURPOSE. BUT EXCESS OF ANYTHING IS BAD AND IT IS MEDITATION WHICH FACILITATES US GRADUALLY TO BE IN PRESENT MOMENT AND THIS IS THE KEY TO HAPPINESS IN LIFE ALSO.




YOU MIGHT HAVE EXPERIENCED THAT WE KEEP WORRYING ABOUT BIG TASK AHEAD, BUT AS AND WHEN IT APPROACHES US, WE AUTOMATICALLY GET WAYS TO DO IT AND IT IS COMPLETED AS PER WIT AND ENERGY PRESENT THAT TIME. AFTER COMPLETION, WE REALIZED THAT WE WERE UNNECESSARILY AFRAID OF THIS.
