AVOIDING SLEEP IS REALLY HARMFUL FOR HEALTH AND FOR YOGA YOU NEED REQUISITE SLEEP, NOT TOO LONG AND NOT VERY SHORT ALSO. AS A SYSTEM, SUNDAY IS MEANT FOR RELAX EITHER BY SLEEP OR TAKING REST. IF YOU ARE HABITUAL OF USING BULKY PILLOW, YOU SHOULD TRY TO REDUCE ITS HEIGHT GRADUALLY AND ULTIMATELY REMOVE THIS FOREVER WITHIN TWO THREE MONTHS TIME. WHEN YOU SLEEP STRAIGHT, NO PILLOW ENSURES THAT YOUR NECK IS NOT BENT.
